By accessing and using DoorstepEase — whether via web or mobile applications — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our platform.

Service Description

DoorstepEase is an intermediary technology platform that connects users seeking home services with independent, verified service providers.

Important: DoorstepEase does not directly provide any home services. We are a marketplace facilitating connections between users and independent professionals.

User Registration

You must be 18 years or older to use the platform
Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
Maintain the security and confidentiality of your credentials
Use services only for lawful, legitimate purposes
You are responsible for all activity under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access

Booking & Cancellation

Cancellations made 2+ hours before service time are fully free
Late cancellations (under 2 hours) may incur a cancellation charge
Service providers must accept or reject requests within 30 minutes
DoorstepEase reserves the right to reassign bookings if needed
Emergency rescheduling is available via customer support

Payments & Refunds

Providers receive weekly payouts every Monday
Platform commission: 15–20% (transparent, no hidden charges)
Multiple payment options: UPI, cards, net banking
Refund complaints must be raised within 24 hours of service
Valid refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

No booking fees are charged to users. Service charges are fixed and displayed before confirmation.

Limitation of Liability

DoorstepEase shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind
Actions, omissions, or negligence of service providers
Platform service interruptions or technical failures
Loss of data or unauthorized access beyond our control

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in kadiri, Andhara Pradesh, India.
